So I have to say I have never been so disappointed with this Jimmy John's before but today I am extremely upset in their decision to not want my business. As a regular not only in house but for delivery business also I was told that due to "new corporate policy" they can no longer deliver to me. First off they are a franchise so I don't know how corporate has anything to say how much money they can make or who they can sell too. I could understand if they were infringing into another locations territory but they aren't! But because of this I will never visit this location again and whenever someone I know suggests to go there I will definitely have something to say to sway their choice! I will also be contacting their corporate office to ask them about their "changes". Thank you for your customer service.

The delivery truly is freaky fast and freaky good. The order always gets to me within about 15 minutes of ordering online. I have never had a bad meal from here. The Italian nightclub is the best sandwich they have hands-down. Their iced tea is phenomenal and they will send sweetener with it if you ask them to. Having a large dog, a lot of times delivery people are afraid to come to the door. I have never had an issue with Jimmy John's.

Took them an hour to get us our food, order was wrong (2nd time in a row) and the bag of food reeked of cigarettes from the driver's car. I will never order from here again, absolutely terrible!

Definitely a fan of the JJ......they have a good selection, the sandwiches are tasty, service is super quick, and the prices are very reasonable. On the downside.....they only have 8'' sandwiches- at Subway you at least get to pick between 6'' and 12''. When I'm really hungry, 8'' don't cut it, though the sans do tend to be pretty substantial. I'm especially a fan of the #9 (Italian). Overall, if you're looking for a $5 lunch- great option.

A star better than the commuter train. It could be the bread or the meat, but the sandwiches here are great. The staff doubles or even triples than the place put together by associates of doctors. (S-Way, I mean). A good, near exotic menu of sandwiches and a real treat when we visit the MO area.

I was a big fan of this place and was in there once a week for about 6 mo's if not longer. One day I was ordering a #9 and noticed 2 not 1 workers behind the counter stick their hands in a trash can with latex gloves on and return to a food prep area without changing gloves much less washing hands. All this occurred in a span of 30 sec. I realize that this type of activity likely goes on in every restaurant but at least I didn't SEE it. Haven't been back and for that matter turned me off on the whole jimmy johns thang

I love this JJ's! I work nearby, and they deliver my lunch usually about once a week. They're always on time and my Country Club is always delish!

overall good sandwiches, but the people working here are really callous and indifferent.. also, attempting to dine here with the LOUD music the management allows is utterlfy ridiculous.. I guess for carryout/delivery it would be great.. but the workers don't care about the customers here.. the management/ownership allows music to be piped VERY LOUDLY for no reason that I can think of other than to scare off customers.. it's really ridiculous. and if you ask them to go "easy" or light on mayonaisse, etc.. they still drench the sandwiches in condiments.. the loud music will make us not return to this place.. even for carryout.. it's like a night club in volume.
